Nept (Latin: Nept) ū Nus, English: Neptune), also translated as Neptune, is the sea god in Roman mythology, and is also worshipped as the god of horses, managing horse racing activities. One of the twelve main gods of Rome. Corresponding to Poseidon in Greek mythology, there is his temple in Rome, which is also the world famous wishing pool.
Neptune's Latin name (Neptunus) is derived from him. (The public generally does not distinguish between "Nipton" and "Poseidon", so please refer to the term "Poseidon" for details)
